OUR CEREMONIES

Our ceremonies honor ancient traditions, guiding you through a powerful three-night journey:

Night 1: The Depth of Darkness
The first ceremony follows the traditional Shipibo way - held in complete darkness. In the Shipibo lineage of Peru, ceremonies are conducted this way to deepen connection, enhance perception, and allow the medicine to reveal itself in its purest form. Before the opening night, you’ll receive guidance on this profound practice.
Nights 2 & 3: Light and Expansion
The second and third ceremonies integrate influences from the Santo Daime tradition and Brazilian indigenous tribes. These nights will include more (candle) light, creating a different energetic atmosphere that supports movement, connection, and expansion.

Each ceremony is a journey of healing, insight, and reconnection with your true essence - held in a space designed for safety, transformation, purification, alignment and sacred exploration.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING RETREAT DAYS

ARRIVAL

Arrival on the day of the first ceremony, giving yourself time to settle in, land and rest after your travels. To help you unwind and integrate, we usually start with a souna ritual on this day or the following one.

In the evening, we will gather for an opening circle, where we share important information, set intentions, and connect as a group in a sacred and supportive space. The first ceremony follows the Shipibo tradition, held in total darkness, with the sacred icaros (healing songs) guiding the journey. In this deep, immersive setting, the medicine works without external distractions, allowing you to fully connect with the spirit world and your inner process.

NEXT & THIRD DAY

The daytime is meant for rest and integration, allowing you to process the previous night’s ceremony. You can relax, reflect, or receive extra coaching support, or with options like:

Massage therapy for deep relaxation
Kambo ceremony for cleansing (optional)
Private sound healing to restore balance

In the evening, we gather for the next ceremony, held in a brighter setting with influences from Santo Daime and Brazilian traditions. This ceremony incorporates chants, prayers, and ritual movements, bringing a different energetic experience to your journey. Most likely there will also be a sound healing during ceremony

CLOSING DAY

On the final day, we gather for an extended sharing circle, allowing space for reflection and integration. There will be a workshop on medicinal plants, natural vitamins, and adaptogens, offering insights into how to support your body and mind after the retreat.

A small market will also be available, where you can purchase ceremonial tools and integration support items. To close our time together, we will clean up the space as a group, honoring the retreat and the sacred work we have shared.

The ceremonial hall is spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for inner processes, movement, and dance. It is a sanctuary infused with divine light, magic, and warmth, offering the perfect setting for profound, safe & sacred experiences.

Accommodations & Surroundings

For rest and integration, the second floor features ten cozy 4-bed bedrooms for those seeking privacy after ceremony nights. Others may choose to stay and sleep in the ceremonial space, allowing the experience to continue unfolding in the sacred space.

Meals will be shared in a spacious dining room, and during the day, guests can relax in the house, unwind on the terraces, or explore the tranquil beauty of the Lithuanian forests surrounding the retreat.

ABOUT SHAMAN LINAS,
DEWI LOUISE & MAARTJE

The ceremonies will be led by Shaman Linas, who will hold space alongside Dewi Louise and Maartje.

Linas and Dewi first crossed paths in 2019 while facilitating a retreat in the Netherlands. Interestingly, Linas had initially requested a male co‑facilitator for that weekend. By the end of the retreat, however, he expressed deep gratitude for Dewi’s presence and encouraged her to continue walking the plant medicine path.

Around that time, Linas had opened his healing center in Lithuania and began hosting retreats in the wooden temple. In 2022 our collaboration deepened in Lithuania, and from then on we have been working side by side in this sacred space.

Over the years, Maartje naturally joined this path — her experience and presence weaving seamlessly into the team. Together, we now hold the ceremonies, each bringing our own lineage, teachings, and gifts.

As a team, we are in service to the medicine and to everyone who joins, holding the field with integrity, devotion, and joy. Our work is rooted in years of learning and growing together through ceremonies and annual master plant dieta in the Amazon.

Our own commitment to continuous inner work — with and without plant medicine — is the foundation for how we hold space.

Deepening through master plant dieta

Each year, we return to the Amazon to deepen our path with master plant dieta.
Linas continues to study with Peruvian Shipibo healers and Brazilian shamans, expanding his understanding of medicine work. Dewi and Maartje joined him in Peru, immersing themselves in dieta and learning to sing icaros in the Shipibo language — a true initiation into the wisdom of the plants and their teachings about self, ancestors, and gifts.

Following Peru, Linas and Maartje continued their journey in Brazil, studying with indigenous tribes and the Santo Daime tradition.
This year, Linas and Maartje returned to the jungle once more, while Dewi — recovering from a broken ankle — stayed home, dedicating herself to her own master plant dieta with self‑brewed caapi medicine.
These experiences show that our connection with plant wisdom transcends location and is a lifelong path of devotion.

For over 15 years, Linas has been walking the path of nature’s medicine, learning directly from the plants in the heart of the jungle. He has received teachings from Ecuadorian, Colombian, Brazilian, and Peruvian Shipibo shamans, continuously deepening his mastery through retreats and dieta's in the Amazon. Guided by Maestro's and the plant spirits, he remains a humble student of life and the medicine.

In addition to his plant medicine work, Linas als serves Kambo (frog medicine). He hosts ceremonies not only in Lithuania but also in the UK, bringing his experience and wisdom to a wide circle of people.

The energy he brings
Linas carries a strong and healthy masculine presence into every ceremony - a grounding, steady energy that is felt in the space. Alongside this strength, he embodies a gentle fatherly love, creating a field of safety and care where participants can open deeply.

Storytelling & guidance
Linas is known as a gifted storyteller. The way he shares his experiences and teachings often resonates deeply, helping participants integrate what they encounter on their journeys. His clarity and intuition allow him to sense what is needed in each moment, guiding you further in your process with warmth and precision.

Music as medicine
Before stepping onto this path, Linas was a renowned pop artist in Lithuania — a background that now weaves naturally into his ceremonies. His music, guitar playing, and powerful voice bring healing through traditional icaros (medicine songs) that release blockages and restore harmony within your system.

Dewi Louise

Modern medicine woman. Psychedelic Integration. Truth & Consciousness Worker. Energy worker. Darklighter. Liminality Mentor. Systemic Unfolder.

With seven years of experience in both service and study on the plant medicine path, Dewi Louise has received teachings from shamans and ayahuasqueros of Amazonian, Indonesian, and Mexican traditions. She has studied Trauma Informed Plant Medicine and Psychedelic Integration, bridging the worlds of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic approaches. Her work exists at the intersection of shamanic tradition and contemporary healing methods.

Rooted in her Indonesian dukun (shamanic) lineage, Dewi was raised with magick and ritual, carrying an innate ability to work with energy, spirit, and sound. With her healing hands, she clears energetic blockages and removes dark energies from the system. Her powerful yet sensitive vocals unlock deep-seated emotions, allowing for release and transformation.

As a Therapist Systemic Constellation Work, Dewi brings a motherly, grounding Pachamama energy, attuning deeply to the needs of the soul and holding space with wisdom, strength, and compassion.

Teacher and guide
Alongside facilitating ceremonies and retreats, Dewi trains others in her 'Sacred Plant Work Space Holder & Facilitator Year Training' -guiding a new generation of space holders and facilitators.
This year she is also relaunching the renewed 'Plant Medicine Chakra Year Program', weaving her expertise in energy work with ceremonial practice to help others deepen their own path through the lens of chakra psychology.

Maartje

Holistic guide. Coach. Drama therapist. Plant medicine facilitator.
Neuro Linguistic Program Master.

Maartje has over 20 years of experience in selfdevelopment and healing, spanning psychology, sports, and shamanic practices. Her expertise in Personal Training, NLP, and coaching blends seamlessly with her ceremonial work.

Her plant medicine path began four years ago, leading to an intensive Chakra Plant Medicine Year Program - a profound deepening in consciousness and healing. She has traveled to Brazil to learn directly from Huni Kuin tribes and sat in ceremony with Jurema indigenous. She received teachings from the Yawanawa tribe and Santo Daime tradition.

Continuing to grow
Maartje is regularly invited as a facilitator when indigenous Huni Kuin, Noke Koi, or Yawanawa elders visit the Netherlands, deepening her connection to the wisdom and ceremonial ways of these tribes.

Maartje brings nurturing energy and clear presence, creating safe spaces for those ready to engage with plant spirits and expand their consciousness. Her extensive experience and warm guidance contribute deeply to the integrity of the ceremonial field.

She has a natural talent for weaving music, silence, and words into her guidance, offering what is needed in each moment. Her grounded and intuitive approach allows people to move through inner layers with clarity and trust. In ceremony, she stands as a steady presence, creating a field where deep processes can safely unfold.

The medicine: Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca is an ancient brew made from a mixture of a couple of plants. This brew is also known as the tea, the vine, la purga, Mama Aya. The drink is used for spiritual and religious purpose by ancient Amazonian tribes and is used as a sacred drink.

The brew consists of 2 different substances and acts in such a way that one of the plants neutralizes enzymes in our stomach that decomposes a molecule called DMT what's in the other substance. Almost everything that lives on earth has DMT (dimethyltryptamine). It is found in all living beings: in plants, in animals and yes.....also in us humans. We produce small amounts of DMT when we dream or meditate. The biggest amounts however are released during birth and death. People with near-death experience often share mystical stories about worlds beyond our daily reality.

DMT has the potential to induce altered states of consciousness. These altered states can open doors to various dimensions, realms, and expanded states of awareness. During the ceremony, portals to subtle spiritual worlds and realms are opened up. This is why people often have the chance to communicate with divine beings and forms such as angels, the Source, Jesus, Krishna and so on that represents a higher consciousness. And also relatives that has passed and 'little monsters'. We must understand that all entities come to us to teach us something. They teach us to remember, that you are light and that you are the Master of your own experience and your body. If you remember this, no darkness can physically harm you. We should look at both light and dark entities with love, respect and gratitude.

The experience can bring a profound sense of self-awareness, connection to nature and the universe, and a deeper understanding of one's purpose in life. The process after the ceremony can go on for about a week or even longer: you can relive details from your experiences during your sleep in dreams, you can receive new insights, or some emotions or fears can come up. This is normal, because after the ceremony the plant medicine will still be in your system for a few days and still works for a while, healing you.
